Shaq Fu Gets Gameplay Trailer, Shows Little Gameplay

There was a whole bunch of news coming out of the VGA’s last week, including a new Telltale series based on Batman, some new Tomb Raider DLC, and Rocket League finally coming to the Xbox One. But let’s not forget that the most legendary sequel of all time got a new trailer…

Of course, I’m referring to Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn, the follow-up to one of the worst fighting games ever released, which was successfully crowd-funded a few months ago. Learning the lesson from last time, the game is now a side-scrolling beat-em-up, with the Shaq Attack taking on the hordes of darkness.

In this trailer, we see the origins of the Chosen One, the Shaq-Daddy himself, along with some glimpses of character designs and actual gameplay, and to be honest… It looks okay. Nothing too offensive, unless you’re German. We’ll have to see what happens once the game drops in 2016, and if Charles Barkley doesn’t show up as a mid-boss, I will be furious. Check out the trailer below!
