Rock Band VR Announced For Oculus Rift

We all want to be a rock star right? Of course we do. Well with the help of the Oculus Rift Rock Band developer Harmonix that is going to be a reality, a virtual reality.

At The Game Awards this week a spin-off to the Rock Band series was announced. According to the developer this game will launch in 2016 and according to Harmonix Rock Band VR “places you on a virtual stage living out the ultimate rock and roll fantasy.” What, I ask you, could be better than that?

Details on the project are thin on the ground at the moment but as soon as more is released we will let you know. For now you can feast your eyes on the announcement trailer below thanks to the good people at Oculus.
