Techland’s phenomenal zombie game Dying Light was released nearly a year ago. Techland have now announced that they will be releasing an enhanced edition at the beginning of next year and it will give you “everything you need for the ultimate zombie slaying experience.”
So far Dying light has received several updates and two DLC packs called Cuisine & Cargo and The Bozak Horde. There is a third in the pipeline, The Following, but we still don’t have an official release date for that as of yet. The enhanced Edition will include all of the downloadable content so it is safe to say that the following will release on launch day at the latest.
About the Enhanced Edition developers Techland had this to say, “Take parkour-fueled zombie survival to a whole new level. Enjoy the definitive Dying Light experience with the brand-new Legend system, improved visuals, major gameplay enhancements, and more. This package comes with all the available bonus content, including Dying Light: The Following – a massive story-based expansion that brings mysterious characters, deadly new weapons, unexpected quests, and fully customizable and drivable dirt buggies.”
Dying Light: Enhanced Edition will launch on the Xbox One on February 9th. To wet your appetite a little Techland released a trailer for it that you can watch here.
