Telltale’s Game of Thrones Confirmed For a Second Season

Telltale Games has confirmed that Game of Thrones will be returning for a second season, which according to the studio’s head and co-founder Kevin Bruner, was always part of the plan for the episodic series set within George RR Martin’s brutal fantasy universe.

“After this week’s finale, I’m pleased to officially confirm that there will be a second season of Telltale’s Game of Thrones series,” Bruner revealed to The Hollywood Reporter, in a spoiler-filled article for Game of Thrones’ first full season.

“It’s currently in development,” Bruner added. “The questions left on the table at the conclusion of season one, who survived and who didn’t, as well as all the other choices you made play a huge role in the second season,” he concluded. “We’ve been planning the second season all along, but I really shouldn’t be revealing more than that.”

Telltale’s first season of Game of Thrones concluded earlier this week with the sixth and final Season Finale episode: The Ice Dragon, available now for £3.99.
