Fallout 4 Pip-Boy app available now

The official companion app for Fallout 4, Fallout Pip-Boy is available to download now from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Some Windows Phone users report the app is also available to download.

Although the app is currently limited to a demo mode you can still flick about the various tabs and get an idea of
what to expect, including inventory and stat management, a map and radio stations. Basically, just how the Pip-Boy is set to appear in Fallout 4.

When Fallout 4 launches on 10th November you can use the app to immerse yourself further in the Fallout experience if you have the Pip-Boy edition of the game ordered – slot your phone into the casing and away you go.

In the meantime you can occupy yourself with the one entirely functional feature of the Fallout Pip-Boy app: Atomic Command. A mini-game in which you shoot down atomic bombs lest they destroy monuments of the world. A cheery distraction, at least.
