Win a Gears of War Custom Xbox One

Who’s ready to get into a Gears of war Rap contest?

Microsoft and The Coalition have announced a music-Themed promotion for their Gears of War Ultiamte Edition. The Cole Train Rap Contest will challenge gamers and song writing to create their own version of the song that Cole performed during Gears of War 1.

Microsoft have provided a published audio track and Cole samples to its website to help you in your journey to becoming the next Cole-Train. You will need to provide your own game play footage but this can be done using the Xbox’s GameDVR or any third-party hardware.

When you have made your video make sure you upload it to YouTube and add the hash-tags #contest, #colerap, and #gearsofwar. Also don’t forget to add your Xbox Live Gamer-tag in the description. Alternatively  you can submit by email :  with the subject line “Cole Train Rap Contest.” More information can be found here.

Get your videos in while you can as submissions end on Saturday, 21 November 2015, 07:59 AM

Two winners will receive a custom painted Gears of War Xbox One. One winner will be picked by Microsoft and the second by a public Vote on the Official Gears of war Facebook page.

Alternatively, you can enter the Custom Xbox One sweepstake for an addition chance to win a Console.
