Rise of the Tomb Raider “Might” Have Multiplayer

The upcoming adventure of our favorite survivor Lara Croft in Rise of the Tomb Raider has been discussed whether or not it has a multiplayer. The rumors have been going round the internet that there won’t be, but now during an interview done by Gamereactor, Meagan Marie of Crystal Dynamics couldn’t confirm or deny the possibility. She did however hint towards some form of multiplayer, but again, couldn’t go into detail just what that would be.

“We actually haven’t confirmed whether we have a multiplayer yet. We hopefully will be doing that soon, within the next week or so. There is something in place that will allow you to compete with your friends, but we just haven’t revealed exactly what yet.”

This could turn out to be anything actually, I guess we will just have to wait and see for the announcement to be made. A multiplayer mode would be nice to have, but for me personally it doesn’t really matter since I prefer the single player act with these kinds of games.

We join Lara on her quest on the Xbox One this November 13th. What do you think about this? Do you want the multiplayer to be part of the game or are you like me that it doesn’t really matter? Leave a comment down below.
