Black Ops 3 Surprise Planned For E3

The excitement for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 keeps building after the announcement that the game will be released on November 6.

Treyarch Studios game design director David Vonderhaar revealed through his tweets that fans of the game should get themselves ready for a big surprise at E3. The convention, to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on June 16 to June 18, is the biggest gaming convention of the year and many developers save their biggest announcements for the event.

The convention would be the perfect place for Treyarch to announce something really big and Vonderhaar also talked a little of the pressure of getting ready for such an event.

Black Ops is a popular part of the Call Of Duty franchise with nearly 100 million players. Fans are hoping that Treyarch will have something really special in store for them as many have felt there has been a fall off in the Call Of Duty series lately and they hope that the return of Treyarch could restore some of the former qualities.

The studio has already done things a little differently this time. The release date of November 6 is a Friday, traditionally Call Of Duty games have been released on a Tuesday. When pressed on the friday release date Vonderhaar said that the decision was taken to allow players to have more fun as they will be able to play all weekend thus allowing players as much time as possible with the game. It has also been reported that the first weekend could be a double XP weekend allowing gamers to level up faster in that first weekend.blackops

What the big E3 surprise will be is anyones guess at the moment but we can expect something big. maybe even something game changing that many fans hope for. As of yet this is the only information we have but as soon as more becomes available be sure that we will let you know.
