Who remembers the classic PC game called Constructor? No? Okay well let’s take a little stroll down memory lane. The game originally released in 1997 was on the PC and this strategy game allowed players to… ‘well construct’. The aim of the game was to build new houses small or large and to gain rent from the tenants which would then help fund the construction business giving the player more power and the chance to eradicate other businesses within the game. Players could also enlist the help of hippies and gangsters who could pull the tide in your favour to help topple rival businesses.

Okay, yeah it’s an old game…so what?
Well Constructor is now being ‘constructed’ for Xbox One (pardon the pun) and other next gen systems. In fact the developers have gone one step further and are making the game in HD. The game will still retain its humourous tone along with its interesting and occasionly dodgy characters
Did any of you play the PC version and if so what are your thoughts on a Xbox One remake? Will you be buying this classic again?
Constructor is due for release on the 31st August 2015 according to Game.com, we will keep you up to date if this changes.
